How we bid

A bid you can level without a phone call

Scope leveling on bid day is where a cheap number turns expensive. We write our proposals so yours is straightforward.

Explicit inclusions & exclusions

Every proposal states what is in, what is out, and what is carried as an allowance or alternate. No silent assumptions about finish levels, substrate prep, or who supplies what.

Qualifications in writing

If our number depends on an assumption — access hours, slab condition, fixture delivery dates, working temperature — it is written on the proposal, not discovered at buyout.

Bid to your form

If you send a bid form with a scope breakdown, we bid to your breakdown. Unit prices and alternates priced where requested.

RFIs before bid day

We read the spec and we ask questions during the bid period rather than pricing an ambiguity and arguing about it during construction.

Value engineering on request

Where the budget is tight we will propose alternates that hold the design intent — with the trade-off stated plainly so the owner can decide.

We honor our number

The crews we describe at bid are the crews that mobilize. If we cannot staff your schedule, we tell you before you carry us — not after award.

Prequalification

Documentation we furnish on request

Send your prequalification package or portal invitation to info@integrainteriors.biz and we will complete it. We onboard to your compliance portal at no cost to the project.

Insurance

  • Certificate of insurance (COI) with your entity named as additional insured
  • Commercial general liability — per-occurrence and aggregate limits
  • Workers' compensation, including multi-state and monopolistic-state coverage
  • Automobile and umbrella / excess liability
  • Additional insured, primary and non-contributory, and waiver of subrogation endorsements

  • OSHA-certified supervision, with crew certification to your program's requirement
  • Job hazard analysis and daily pre-task planning
  • Silica exposure control planning (29 CFR 1926.1153) on concrete grinding and drywall finishing
  • Safety metrics — EMR, TRIR, DART, and OSHA 300A — provided as our claims history establishes them
  • Drug testing and background screening available for occupied-store work

Licensing & registration

  • State and local trade licensing for the jurisdictions we work
  • New-jurisdiction licensing and foreign-entity registration handled at mobilization
  • W-9 and federal employer identification number
  • E-Verify and I-9 employment eligibility compliance

Financial & references

  • Bonding capacity and surety letter where bonded work is required
  • Financial statements furnished under NDA during prequalification

Compliance portals. We onboard to the vendor-compliance platform your program runs on — ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks, Veriforce, Highwire, or a client-specific portal — at our cost, not the project's. Tell us which one you use and we will begin registration during the bid period so we are in good standing before award.

Sending us work

How to get a bid invitation to us

Whatever your office runs on, the fastest route is simply to email the invitation. We monitor bid inboxes continuously during bid periods.

What helps us bid fast and accurately

  • Drawings and specifications, or a plan-room link
  • Your bid form and scope breakdown, if you use one
  • Bid date and time, and the project schedule or duration
  • Store count and locations for multi-site programs
  • Whether the store is occupied and what work hours are available
  • Prototype or brand-standard package, where one governs
  • Any prevailing-wage, bonding, or portal requirements

Missing something? Send what you have. We will tell you what else we need rather than guessing and qualifying around it.

Add us to your bid list

One prequalification covers every market you build in. We will complete your forms and be ready before the next invitation goes out.
