Integra Interiors is a commercial retail interior buildout contractor headquartered in Derby, Kansas. We self-perform the complete finish package for general contractors and retail programs across the country.
Specialists, deliberately
We are a trade contractor, not a general contractor. We do not pull permits, we do not carry MEP, and we have no ambition to. Our clients are the general contractors who hold those responsibilities, and the retailers and program managers who handle permitting and the mechanical trades themselves.
That boundary is the point. Every hour we are not spending on scopes outside our lane is an hour spent being genuinely excellent at the ones inside it — framing, drywall, ceilings, flooring, millwork, paint, specialties, and the fixture set that turns a construction site into a store.
Central Kansas is a practical place to run a national field operation. Derby puts our crews within a day's drive of most of the country, which means we can mobilize quickly without maintaining an office in every market we serve.

The people who build your stores work for us. We do not win a program and then subcontract it to whoever is available in each market. When we tell you who is mobilizing, that is who arrives.
Say it at bid, not at buyout
Assumptions, exclusions, and qualifications go on the proposal in writing. A low number that depends on an unstated assumption is not a competitive bid — it is a change order with a delay attached.
Leave the store better than the schedule required
We self-punch before the GC's punch walk, and we hand over a store that is genuinely finished. A short punch list is the cheapest thing a finish contractor can give a project.
Safety is a schedule tool
Silica control on concrete grinding, fall protection, proper containment in an occupied store. Crews that work safely finish on time, because nothing stops a job faster than an incident.

Where we work
National reach
We take work anywhere in the continental United States. Crews travel with their own tooling and equipment, and we carry lodging and per diem — there is no local-market dependency in our model.
Licensing as we go
There is no national contractor license; every state sets its own rules. We hold licensing for the jurisdictions we work in and treat new-state licensing and registration as part of mobilization rather than an afterthought.
